Travelling to school
Students who live in Cumbria (with the exception of Kendal, Grange and Lindale areas) and over three miles from Dallam School qualify for free transport in Years 7-11 organised by Westmorland and Furness Council. Our main student catchment areas that are served by free transport are:
- Arnside
- Holme
- Levens
- Meathop
- Sedgwick
- Stainton
- Witherslack
- Burton and Endmoor – you must seek advice from Westmorland and Furness Council transport team for the availability of free transport from these two areas.

For students who travel to Dallam School from the Kendal, Grange, Lindale or north Lancashire areas a private transport arrangement is arranged by Dallam School. The current contract is with KT’s Coaches.
