School Synergy goes live
We have now launched the School Synergy system to all parents. Parents/Carers will receive their login details and instructions via email.
Once you have set up your parent account, you can download the app to make communication even easier! Search for ‘Synergy Parent’ in Google Play Store or Apple app store.
As the roll out of Synergy continues, we will gradually increase communication through this platform to include information on attendance, reporting excellence points, behaviour points and sending detention alerts, homework assignments and messages (which will include information that is sent to all parents as well as individual messages). Parents/Carers do not need to be logged into the portal to be able to read and reply to messages, but you will need to be in order to access attendance and behaviour information.
Dallam School will continue to use ParentMail for financial purposes (including payments for meals and educational visits) and parents evening appointments.
School Synergy will ultimately become our primary platform and the main gateway and point of contact between teachers and parents. Click here to view a video about the Synergy Parent Portal.
