Meet our new Dallam Teaching Alliance trainees
We are delighted to welcome a new cohort of Dallam Teaching Alliance (DTA) trainees. The 8 trainees have now started their course with the DTA which will see them benefit from rigorous academic training both learning teaching pedagogy and valuable lesson observation, combined with excellent school placements at four schools:
- Dallam School, Milnthorpe
- Dowdales School, Dalton-in-Furness
- John Ruskin School, Coniston
- Kirkbie Kendal School, Kendal.
This year’s trainees chosen subjects comprise:
- biology
- English
- geography
- history
- maths
- physics.
This year’s course is full. Applications open in October 2022 for anyone interested in DTA programme with a view to enrolling on the Sept 2023-24 programme, get in touch via enquiries@dallamta.co.uk.
