Headteacher vlog and half term newsletter
It’s been a busy and inspiring few weeks at Dallam, and that’s reflected in our latest school newsletter.
Our students have been celebrating success across every faculty – from a fantastic second-place finish at the Florence Nightingale Day at Lancaster University, to cross country qualifiers representing Cumbria.
Year 10 students impressed in a Dragon’s Den-style enterprise challenge, creating sustainable planters for the school site, while Year 7 enjoyed a virtual visit from author Tom Palmer. We also celebrated excellence in teaching with the first Alison Wilkinson Award, and rounded off the half-term with a Boarding House cake competition and the school Traitors final.
