🕵️‍♂️ House Staff Traitors Takes Over School!

🕵️‍♂️ House Staff Traitors Takes Over School!

Staff across the school have signed up to take part in House Staff Traitors – an exciting new competition inspired by the hit TV show The Traitors (minus the castle and Scottish Highlands!).

With 24 staff players involved, the game will see colleagues take on the secret roles of Traitors or Faithfuls, working their way through missions, mystery, and dramatic banishments – all in the name of house points.

🔍 How Does It Work?

At the start of the game, a small number of staff are secretly chosen as Traitors. Everyone else becomes a Faithful.
Each school day, at least one player will be “murdered” by the Traitors and removed from the game. At scheduled banishment events, players vote to remove someone they suspect of being a Traitor.
When a player leaves the game – whether murdered or banished – they reveal their true role.

📅 Key Dates

  • Thursday 29th – Banishment in the Hall (12:50)
  • Monday 2nd Feb – Virtual/forms-based banishment (murder revealed in Dallam Together briefing)
  • Thursday 5th – Banishment in the Hall (12:50)
  • Monday 9th – Virtual/forms-based banishment (murder revealed in Dallam Together briefing)
  • Thursday 12th (Finale) – Hall (12:45)

🗳️ Banishments and Debates

At each banishment, players arrive prepared to argue their case. Suspicions can be shared, evidence debated, and alliances tested before a vote takes place. The player with the most votes is removed from the game.

🎯 Missions and “Murders in Plain Sight”

Throughout the competition, Traitors are set secret challenges – some involving “murders in plain sight.” These moments of suspicious behaviour may offer clues for Faithfuls to spot.
Secret missions also offer opportunities to earn bonus house points, adding to the overall prize pot.

🛡️ Shielding

From time to time, shields will be hidden around the school. Any player who finds one is protected from being “murdered” – but they must report it to stay safe.
Shields are fair game for both Traitors and Faithfuls.

🏆 What’s at Stake?

This competition replaces the usual house events, with at least 450 house points up for grabs – plus extras from successful missions.

  • If only Faithfuls remain at the end, they split the points between their houses.
  • If any Traitors survive, they take the entire prize!
