We have a range of indoor venues that are perfect for:

Our modern venue is just perfect for events requiring a main function room with a kitchen facility. The light and airy space is accessible as it is all on one level and can be configured in various layouts. The kitchen has a serving hatch into the function area. Tristrams looks out onto the playing fields that can be hired (separate fees apply – see booking form below). Hire rate: £35
Our large hall can be set up for a full tennis court, four basketball courts, a 5-a-side court and with cricket nets for practice. Hire rate: £32 (£35 with cricket nets set up)
The gymnasium can be set up for gymnastics, netball, basketball, badminton or you choose how to use the open area. Hire rate: £27
Our studio has a built-in ballet bar and a wall-length tall mirror to allow participants to see their movement, as well as sound system, computer and projector. Hire rate: £25
Our black box studio is fully equipped with a lighting rig and sound system to produce professional standard performances. Hire rate: £25
The sports hall can be set up for general sports use and basketball. Hire rate: £28 (£30 with cricket nets set up)
A great venue with fixed, raked seating on benches, lecturn and projector. Perfect for club speaker events and small lectures. Capacity: 120 seated. Hire rate: £30
The main school hall is a large rectangular space with doors on all sides and a raised stage area at the rear. Great for special events such as award ceremonies or large lectures. Capacity: 300 seated / 500 standing. Hire rate: £35
The large, bright classroom space. Perfect for small lectures and briefings. Hire rate: £25
Big School is an impressive large space perfect for entertaining and formal events. The space is part of the historic part of our boarding site. Capacity: 100 seated, available during non-term time. Hire rate: £30
If you’re looking for a basic room to deliver a demonstration or small presentation, a classroom is a perfect and affordable venue choice. Hire rate: £20
Outdoor sports venues for hire
We have two great venues with multiple pitches that are great for clubs and special tournaments. Don’t let waterlogged pitches be a nuisance; hire our 3G all-weather pitches. Tristrams Playing Fields can be hired alongside our Pavilion for the perfect set-up for tournaments and matches, with accessible shower and changing facilities. Prices shown are per hour and include showers and changing facilities.

Tristrams can be configured as:
- 2 x 7-a-side football pitches
- 1 x 9-a-side football pitch
- 2 x 11-a-side football pitches
- 2 full-size rugby pitches
The Tristrams Pavilion area, next to the pitches, can be used for refreshments and indoor awards presentations. It has fully accessible changing and shower facilities. Hire rates start at £20—see booking form for options.
FA Charter standard clubs can hire our fantastic, floodlit 3G pitches on weekends. Hire rates start at £32 – see booking form for options.
Join the Dallam School gym today for only £10 per month. It’s convenient to get to and has ample parking.
Training equipment includes:
- exercise bikes
- rowing machines
- cross trainers
- a wide range of resistance machines
- floor exercise space.
Our gym is open for anyone aged over 16 years. Free induction when you sign up.
