Student Voice

At Dallam School, student voice is vital in shaping a community where every student feels valued, heard, and empowered. By actively listening to our students, we ensure that their experiences influence decisions on teaching, behaviour, and wellbeing. This helps create a positive, inclusive environment where students take ownership of their learning and school life. Encouraging student voice also strengthens leadership skills, builds confidence, and reinforces our commitment to continuous improvement.
