At Dallam, belonging comes first. As Headteacher, I am proud to say we create the conditions for learning that are joyful, creative and lead to excellence. Students feel safe to take risks and challenge themselves and others.

We are also proud of our heritage and location. With roots reaching back to 1613, and a campus on the edge of the Lake District National Park, our school is steeped in history while looking firmly forward.

The natural landscape around us is an extension of the classroom, offering unique opportunities for outdoor learning, adventure and personal growth.

This is more than a school. It is a place where high expectations are matched by strong support, where staff and families work alongside students, and where success is measured not just by results but by confidence, pride and ambition.
